Given that my order was headed to Greece and had to go through Customs, he ensured everything was taken care of, and I got my product in just 3 days. Huge thanks for the fantastic service! The product itself is fantastic too.

To start off, this item is top-notch. Crafted in Italy. Once you hold it, you can immediately notice the superior craftsmanship. If you look into the brand's background, you'll find it's quite remarkable. Regarding the online purchasing experience, it might just be the best I've ever had - 11/1 10:10 Order placed, 11/1 10:13 confirmation received, 11/1 10:24 processing confirmation with tracking details, and by 12/1 09:45, it was at my door. Truly as good as anything I've come across. I give it my highest recommendation.

Truly outstanding service from the team. I had an issue with a pair of glasses I purchased a few years back. The optician I got them from closed up shop, and I was at a loss for what to do, so I shot an email to the info account at Oliver Goldsmith. To my surprise, I got a response from Jodi Saul in just a couple of days, and I was genuinely impressed. The glasses I had trouble with were no longer in production. But Jodi went the extra mile and found another one of the same model, just in a different color (she even sent me pictures of it and offered other options in case I wasn’t keen on that one). I decided to go with the same model, and she shipped it to my address in Spain at no cost. There was a hiccup with Spanish customs during the delivery, but Raj Rajayokeswaran, the operations head, kept in touch with the shipping company to ensure everything got sorted out. All this for a replacement shipment that didn’t cost me a dime. Honestly, their customer service exceeded my expectations. Big shoutout to Oliver Goldsmith for having such dedicated folks like Jodi and Raj. They really know how to solve problems and provide an excellent customer experience.

The arrival of my 'Audrey' shades was spot on in all aspects. The packaging was handled with attention and a touch of fun... finding candies at the bottom of the box was a delightful surprise. I'm pretty sure every buyer gets treated the same way.

I got a pair of the Manhattan - Dark Tortoiseshell shades for my wife, a huge fan of Breakfast at Tiffany's. They made the journey from London to Brisbane super quick; the delivery was fast and smooth, and the packaging was lovely. Her initials were added for a personal touch. Saying she was thrilled with them is putting it mildly. Kudos to Oliver Goldsmith! Next time, I might just snag a pair for myself...
